most informative tear down video i’ve seen out there, unfortunately he doesn’t include removing the knobs, which is the part you should be most careful with, pull upwards evenly on both sides otherwise you could crack the potentiometers…
i’m stuck in this 32 step jungle mode at the moment, not really a feature rich jam but some new LFO shapes, GND machines and mute stuff.
enjoying how the X additions enhance and augment seamlessly into the existing workflow.

Does the lock up always happen at that time point?
It seems that the DSP crashed. But it’s different from those we saw in the development (the noise).
Today it seems I can not replicate the crash. In the meantime the MD was put in the box for the night and moved around a bit so maybe it is indeed a connector issue.

Does anyone try this firmware on a MD non UW ?
I’m interested to test the new features, but I don’t like brick my MD or something.
- so I’m interested, I recently became the owner of MD no UW
Firmware upgrade/downgrade is perfectly okay.
The firmware will run on any MD: MK1/MK2/UW/NON-UW
