Kit custonizable MIDI controllers. Very reasonable expense on these. You build it and customize the software yourself.
These are standardized arrangements, but they can do some amount of customization too, like painting the case. It reminds me of Yaeltex in a way though not quite as specially custom.
Slow but very steady. The betas fly in quickly and if youâre on the discord you can try them out whenever. But when the official release comes it works perfectly.
The team are also all on there and chatting consistently (not random announcements every few weeks Iâm talking daily) which is very nice and kind of makes up for the slower feature releases since you almost feel like youâve got a hand in the direction it goes.
I donât hate this approach as unorthodox as it is, but equally it was incredible before any updates. It also makes me not stress about the Tonverk situation since I know itâs going to come good regardless
(though as a whole I would love more direct engagement from Elektron vs public announcements, but thatâs a different topic).
Wow though start of the week. I just love the vibe in there. @PeteSasqwax youâre too kind to see me as a friend after dragging you into modular abyss ahah
Had a long and sweet with @TomWhitwell chat about development of workshop system, snagged a discount code from @thonk too. They had a super cool oscilator graphic display on as well but I didnât took a photo of it.
Also, if anyone knows artist who did that amazing teletext, can you please let me know? Iâd love to give credit to him. I also had a quick chat with him but forgot to ask his name
