ah thanks, that’s my favourite bit. wrote that section this eve after hearing my dad’s health has taken a turn for the worse. he’s not been well. got lost in those drums for a while. it’s the most expressive part for me.

Early December I bought a M8 and then the next day my name was up for the cirklon waiting list. I originally sold the M8 to focus on the Machinedrum, and was keeping the cirklon since it’s a once in a long time purchase… decided to switch that. Gonna get another M8 and have tentatively sold the cirklon. I tried to replicate the focused experience of sitting in the dark making beats on the M8 using an iPad, and it just isn’t the same. M8 is pretty special

Really nice track pidgeo, great bassline sound and that final crescendo of the drums is great

Edit. Spelt your name wrong :man_facepalming:

Man I can’t wait to get one! Seems like the perfect creative device. Does it play nice with elektron stuff? Via USB or jack?

Its great, can slice by division or quickly setup custom markers. It has a fantastic auto zoom when adjusting the fine point on slices.

Any of you chop/pitch vocals on it? Curious how good the time stretch is.
