Likely simple answer to my Model:Samples question (SYSTEM BACKUP)

Hey y’all.

I have run into an issue that I hope has a simple solution. I need to backup my Model:Samples so that I can repair it. My FUNCTION key is sticking, causing me to miss triggers during performance. I need to be able to back up all the samples I’ve downloaded, as well as all my patterns. Is that possible? Sorry if this is a really simple question but I just need a quick and easy explanation. I would be ruined if I lost my patterns during repair lol. thanks in advance!

Backup of M:S content

Going from memory but I did this earlier today so I think I’ve got it right. Go to Transfer. Select your Model:Samples for both in and out. Choose explore. Look on the top right where it should say samples. Use the drop down menu and choose projects instead. Select the projects you want to save and drag them from your M:S on the right to whatever folder you want to save them to on the left. That saves everything samples and all to your computer. Save Samples the same way as patterns. When you save patterns it will save all the samples that belong to patterns but to save all the samples you have in your machine (that may not be a part of any project) you need to save all samples to say separate folder.
