How do I properly upload and save all the current projects and sample pack from Model:Samples to my computer, so that I can restore the state of the groovebox at any time during the backup period? I want to completely reset M:S to the default settings and change the sample pack. But in the future, I want to be able to return to my saves.
Going from memory but I did this earlier today so I think I’ve got it right.
Go to Transfer. Select your Model:Samples for both in and out. Choose explore. Look on the top right where it should say samples. Use the drop down menu and choose projects instead. Select the projects you want to save and drag them from your M:S on the right to whatever folder you want to save them to on the left. That saves everything samples and all to your computer. Repeat that for all your projects. Make sure you’ve got all your samples backed up, as well. Backing up the projects only backs up samples associated with the projects.
