For anyone that plans to sample the loops made on the microKORG 2, a person on GearSpace helped me solve the pop/click problem I was having when sampling loops. I wrote about it here:
I have made some great sounding patches this week. The most synth sound design I’ve ever done in my life. Still having loads of fun. I’m excited for more people to start getting them as I want to hear what people make.
Edit: Darn, I’ve found some things still giving me some slight pops. Gonna have to experiment more, but still very useable for me. Definitely don’t want to mislead anyone.
Edit: Doh, I’m a moron. It does work. I didn’t have the BPM set right when I sat down a second time. Here are a couple of loops back to back to prove to myself I’m not crazy. Nothing special, but no clicks. Just sampled straight from MicroKORG looper into P6, and then loop button turned on.
