Issue logging into elektron website

Elektron.se can't login to site / Can't register devices

Hello, I have a problem with login to elektron.se. Already tried password reset 3 times, 2 different browsers, MacOs and Windows. Nothing. I can’t contact support because to contact support first I need to login. Seems like catch 22. Would appreciate some help with that.

I just bought a Digitone so wanted to grab the free pack. I couldn’t get the https://elektron.se website to load yesterday (it’s always been a bit slow). I returned today to find the whole site revamped. The sound pack browser is much easier to stay filters and load properly now. But… To log in you have to create a new account with the old email address. Done that but it still won’t let me log in. Is this just going to be a case of staying patient?
