I have a problem with login to elektron.se.
Already tried password reset 3 times, 2 different browsers, MacOs and Windows. Nothing.
I can’t contact support because to contact support first I need to login. Seems like catch 22. Would appreciate some help with that.
I waited to today to login and it did as you experienced, but it was straightforward re-registering with the same credentials
the only flagged up issue was that my device database wasn’t pulled in, but everything else was - i got the impression it was work in progress, perhaps automated, i don’t know - curious if others found this too (edit -echoed above!)
I got the same impression. When looking at orders, I had the correct history, so I guess the account is considered the same as my earlier one. I guess it will be sorted out soon. Wait and see…
I have. I sold the Octatrack Anniversary Edition(regret). And the buyer and me had to do several emails to Elektron to authenticate it as their system was playing up. It would have been easier if i hadnt. But its a case of once bitten.
There are no online components, the new user was having issues registering the S/N in their name post resale due to whatever hiccup in Elektron’s back-end.
