Has anyone encountered this problem logging into the elektron website? I keep getting this error and I really don’t know what to do because I don’t think I am able to submit a support ticket outside of my account
i have my password written down so it’s the correct password i think. Thanks for any advice!
Hey, from what I understand they rebuilt their website and something didn’t carry over, so everyone who has tried to log in since then has had similar issues. I think that the only thing you can do at this point is to create a new account using your old information.
There’s also an ongoing issue with registering / re-registering devices (none of the previously registered devices are showing up) and I think that they’re aware of all of this but if you need to, you can contact them through the create ticket link in the elektron.se account dashboard. All warranty stuff is as normal, but if you need that it’s the same process of creating a ticket.
