Introducing the e25 Remix Edition

It sure is, use transfer to copy your projects to computer and back to the new syntakt.

Thanks @Octagonist and @SlowRiot! Somehow I had completely missed that Transfer can be used for project backup.

BTW: Thanks to Klangfarbe for selling me one of their stored models.

(Digitakt E25 is available there for 777€ at the moment if anyone is interested)

In this picture, you can really see how well the new E25 Remix Editions fit with the old gang (in this case, the Machinedrum). I like it (even though I don’t own any of the old silver gear) :+1:

new blue screen fits with the whole blue silver white vibe i was going for - of course the music is the most important thing but it has to look inviting for me to want to use the stuff too - all my old black boxes seemed to the suck the light out of the room and my soul

Almost as if wannabe scalpers are not finding the customers they were hoping for.

These are discounted new at my local shop.
I guess they ordered some in and haven’t gotten buyers yet.

I really want one, but after selling my ST I’d basically be paying like $400 for the cool silver color. I just can’t justify it.

Yeah, new and used prices are only going down. They‘ll eventually go up in a few years, I‘m sure. But they‘re definitely not hot cakes.

I love the new colourway, but not enough to buy a device I don’t need or want. I’m considering selling the black ST I already have. A Digitone Keys e25, or an Analog e25, if such things could exist, would get my money.

It’s just a recurring dream of mine.

My intuition is that this would look way overdone with so much heavy, reflecting silver.

Has anyone regretted getting an e25 edition? I like the looks but I wonder if the appeal changes after a while.

You may be right. The MnM looks fantastic irl but it’s a different finish.

I have a normal edition Digitone and an e25 Syntakt. I don’t regret getting the Syntakt as I love its looks, but the Digitone panel print is definitely easier to read (with my shitty eyes). After a while it doesn’t matter much though as you learn the function and location of all buttons by heart, and only need to read the print occasionally.

I also prefer the white screen colour of the e25s, so it’s crossed my mind to switch to a normal Syntakt and an e25 Digitone to get white screens on both, I can’t really be arsed though, they’re both great user interfaces and my «gripes» are very minor.
