200 eur more and that was also overpriced.
Reality check: no fx per track, no arp, no poliphony. Modularity? Nothing modular about it.

Iām sorry but Iām going to ask again since no one responded and Iām not seeing the information here, can you disable normalization on DI sampling?
But can kits be used in song mode so sound persists between pattern changes?
3 LFOs on tracks in audio mode. 2 LFOs on MIDI tracks. I thinkā¦
just glass fiber, itās less conductive
no, 400 mb is the ram, it doesnāt do disk streaming
Probably still locked to grid
No hint that each are editable or that grid is now 256/512/1024
In my humble opinion⦠youāre not buying āfeaturesā so much as youāre buying the experience. There isnāt a lot out there that has the features you brought up, but also has the same kind of inspiring improvisation friendly workflow. Thatās why I use a Digitakt and not my Ableton Push2, which I got for free!!
Now that you can rename midi values in midi tracks⦠can midi be saved as a preset? I assume midi track value naming edits are saved in a kit?
Not if one step out the elektron bubble for a moment and really think about the state and cost of technology. My2cents.
How is anyone preordering this when the site isnāt loading?!
I would have replaced the old DT with just the stereo sampling, or 16 tracks, or LFO improvements ALONE. Hell just the Euclidian mode justifies the upgrade IMO.
never noticed anything to that effect - i think USB sampling is probably not normalised, donāt quote me
good question, iāll try to see if perform mode is possible
thanks boss. pending confirmation then.
No plush hippo in this vid??..
great improvement of course. Digitakt is a lot of fun and the II is going to be even funnier.
Picking up mine tomorrow from my local store in Gothenburg
