Hi,
i have lines appearing depending on the waveform (mono or stereo) i’m looking
it only appaers when the waveform is displayed even the levelvisual on the left has this line.
i did the led test mode, everything looks ok
Is that a known issue, am i alone ?

This is normal and is due to the nature of the technology.
However, some devices do indeed have problems.

I’ve also sent a ticket to the Elektron support team.
There’s some other lines that are graphics bugs as well. They only appear on SEND 3 for me. Very curious 
yes, i thought it might be a software bug or something…
As mentioned this is due to Oled technology : a big line lowers display on the same line. Not sure how to express it properly. Confirmed by Elektron.

There is also a lower light line above SND due to the line above FREQ…
Same on other Elektrons with Oled…
This is only on send 3 though, not on the other send pages which have the same graphic…
It’s because it aligns with the line of your envelope. More lit pixels on this line, then it lowers the intensity of each lit pixels
Ah. That’s interesting. Yeah you’re right: I can make the line move 
Funny how it’s only with longer horizontal lines that this happens.
I’m spotting it on the Syntakt now as well…

Thank you! When many pixels are lit simultaneously, either across the entire screen or concentrated in a single area, such as a line, it can cause a slight drop in intensity in those areas. This happens because OLED screens distribute power locally, and a high concentration of lit pixels in one spot can momentarily draw more power, leading to reduced brightness. This is a characteristic of OLED technology and does not indicate a defect.
