just a little clarification please
the current h9 max currently contains 52 algos?
can all of the algos and presets that eventide offers be installed in the h9 max pedal in their entirety?
Yep, all 52 fx algos are in the Max. 99 presets in the unit afaik, but you can save them to your computer or load presets from your computer onto the H9, so thatās just how many presets you can have in your H9.
I wish every piece of hardware came with at least 500 preset slots onboard, some of my favorite guitar pedals only allow 16 etcā¦, 100 is far better but with a pedal of the h9max sort surely youād make good use of being able to have access to more custom presets quickly right on the pedal rather than having to get your computer involved or an Ios device⦠
only cost me £60 to upgrade my H9 to max, and got all those plugins too. excellent deal especially to buy the plugins from pluginboutique are £88 ech one, or complete bundle for over £265.
appreciate your post, I have a max and am downloading the bundle currently
No problem, its a good deal I think, especially in these weird & strange times.
Iāve had a Max for years. Do I now have access to their desktop H9 plugins, or is that only for people who upgrade an H9 to Max for this promo?
Edit: It seems so. About to try it out.
Yep, amazing - 11 free desktop plugins for H9 Max owners. Cheers for drawing my attention to it. As probably mentioned, they need to be redeemed before the end of the year. I already owned a few, but getting the rest for free is just awesome. Donāt sleep on this! I will miss getting a new āfreeā H9 algorithm every 6-12 months as a Max owner, but itās been a great run and Iām more than happy with it. Tempted to get a third H9 while Cores are still available, but stupid Australian gear prices and a tiny sliver of restraint will help me through this one. If I only had the Max, Iād certainly be grabbing a Core right now, because sharing 52 algorithms over two pedals is so much more flexible than just one.
yessir
So letās get this straight if I buy an H9 Max I get 11 desktop plugins too?
yep, I downloaded them today⦠free, already had the max but I guess they are kind of saying āsorryā that they are not updating the Max anymore
Iām still waiting for a discount on the algoās to add more but I guess thatās not happening. I started with the Core version so unfortunately this deal is out of my reachā¦
@noogy Thanks for alerting me to this! Anyone know if the plugins can be installed on a DAW thatās not connected to the internet
Is the Core being discontinued?
Theyāll only offer the Max. Youāll still have support ofc.
And this sounds like maxing out Core/Standard will still be possible, right?
You may purchase individual algorithms normally through the end of 2020. On January 4, 2021, however, we are removing the store from H9 Control. Eventide will continue to offer the discounted Max Out Upgrade offer for owners of H9 / H9 Core pedals. Upgrade cost (before any algorithm credits) is:
- $200 for standard H9
- $300 for H9 Core
Yes.
I took the plunge and went for the offer to Max out my Core version since it was cheaper than I thought. 45 additional algorithms for the pedal and then getting the plugins for a DAW on top is too good of a deal to let it slip even though the expense came unexpected.
Iāll take the opportunity and max out my H9 Standard. When I bought the H9 Standard, I planned to buy just a few algos (which Iāve already done) and use it mostly for jamming and live, but nice offer
All those Modfactor and Pitchfactor algos!
Thats pretty cool about the plugins! I just ordered a Max last week!
Can do wonders on drums. Damn I donāt have $ for a Core! Thinking I might sell or try and exchange my extremely rare Eowave Spacebug.
Might regret it though.
