Simply create your pattern and then save it to multiple slots.
From the manual (p. 24, under pattern saving):
You can save the same pattern to multiple slots by holding down the REC button and pressing on multiple step buttons – the REC button will flash upon each successful save.
Thanks - I missed it
Here, I am very excited with respect to release date - and even more: price!
Was working quite a bit on Perki the last weeks.
Which FXs do you use?
Mainly I use Strymon Big Sky on channel 2 for techi synth voices + the BBD.
(I like the newly introduced time syncing a lot!)
Cheers

Wow - I use a very similar setup.
Nice taste!
Hi, new Perkons user here. How are you using guys external fx pedals with it?
send/return on single channels: when i connect the pedal here i loose the dry signal, both the send and volume knobs have the wet signal only so i need to adjust the mix between dry and wet signals on the pedal. Is this a bug?
connected to the output on single channels: if connected here the voice is disconnected from the master out, master compressor and BBD. It’s a compromise.
send/return on main out: you loose the BBD but keeps the master compressor and volume knobs.
mono delay/reverb: it’s very limiting using this kind of effects in mono. Are you sending the return mono out from the fx into the perkons or connects the stereo out from the fx as additional channels to the interface besides the Perkons main out?
i’m still on 1.1 firmware because the 1.2 update image file i download from Erica website is corrupted.
Thank you!
Being upset about something that didn’t exist 2 weeks ago and is totally optional- amazing.
Well, in the end I’m disappointed with the update :
So, from my point of view, the only significant change is pattern rotation, which is quite useful.
This is a bummer, I like pattern rotate a ton, but those other things sound like a downgrade. I’ll hold off.
amazing? try to put some samples in the same pitch as the originals and then tell me… you have to try things before talking…
It’s optional and didn’t exist several days ago. Reminds me of this bit-
"I was on a plane and they announced high-speed Internet on the airplane was now possible. That’s the newest thing that I know exists. And I’m sitting on the plane and they go, open up your laptop, you can go on the Internet.
And it’s fast, and I’m watching YouTube clips. It’s amazing–I’m on an airplane! And then it breaks down. And they apologize, the Internet’s not working totally smoothly yet, and the guy next to me goes, ‘This is b___s___.’
I mean, how quickly does the world owe him something that he knew existed only 10 seconds ago?"
It’s very clear that you didn’t even try it… in fact, after doing some tests, it started to work badly… sampler 3 doesn’t change anymore, it returns to the original, only 1 and 2 work.
No downgrade. Only useless (IMHO) upgrades.
EDIT : I think you should upgrade. I don’t see any reason why not !
It’s very clear you didn’t read my post right above yours. Anyway, my condolences, I’m sorry you’re being forced to use this brand new and totally optional feature.
Haha, you’re so funny…all the functions are optional…and this is a lying function because almost no one is going to use it…but all the fans that are here say yes…I love my perkons, but no one posts ideas on how to get something out of this limited function…none.
Anyone had a similar experience?
I don’t have uneven output levels as such on my perkons.
Its difficult to say if anything is wrong with the machine cause to the many factors involved but I think not.
It could be due to sounds, cables, which filter in use, mixer, patch bay…
This thread is full of people sharing their setup and routing so scroll up and read through these ideas and see if it fits your needs and setup.
Loosing the level knob when patching the sound out is normal behaviour.
Hang on. Had another look at my cabling.
Excuse the dumb question but if I’ve got the individual outputs from the Perkons on a loom which has TRS cables, then should my patchbay cables match that eg: they need to be TRS?
I noticed that the volume imbalance DID improve when I switched the sole TR patch cable over to TRS, so I may have spotted the issue. Just didnt think it mattered with patch bay cables.
One other thing I noticed when slightly pulling the TRS looms out of the Perkons outputs - the volume increases significantly. Why does this happen (again, a basic question I know)?
Thanks
I’m not in the studio but as far as I remember, my cables are not all the way in. I can’t remember which cables I use but from this video you can see that they are only half way in
Hope this helps are a start
It lets the sound breath … it’s more analog.
