Looking forward to your findings. Audio UF has been the best way I found to wirelessly send/receive audio without latency. For now, the tech is most commonly found and sold for guitars to send audio to amps. Also, gaming headsets where you have a dongle receiver plugged into the console sending audio over UF or 5G.
Not sure why it hasn’t caught on for wider use but I’m always hunting for it.
Yes. Looks like someone built it with 3D software or AI. Included the entire detailed shopping list with part numbers. It’s on Reddit under Teenage Engineering community. Someone posted it in the first KO2 thread I think. I’ll repost if I find it.
Haven’t caught up in the thread yet but what I immediately thought when I tried BAR mode is that it shouldn’t enqueue the change until after you release Shift. Otherwise it’s hard to e.g. get from scene 01 to scene 55 without getting stuck at some in the middle.
Would help with queueing up the change with more precision as well.
For anyone struggling with one shots being faded out randomly even though release is maxed out.
I found that when using the “key” mode in the same menu (not the keys button) with release maxed out solves that issue. Happy for someone to double check.
Ill send pictures later but I ended up going with the 12 and cutting out the middle section. was putting too much pressure on the fader for my comfort level lol. still plenty of areas to store stuff though. thanks for the tip.
@PearTreeCraft using the -+ arrows find the step you want say your kick drum, hold down record, move fader for the pitch for example, advance to the next step, hold down record, move fader to where ever. rinse and repeat.
one thing to note - if your first step is say pitched down you will need to go to your second step and reset the fader to null or else it will stay at whatever the last steps setting was.
Not sure if this counts, but this morning I realized it’s much faster to bounce sequences between 2 devices (OP-Z & EP-133, in my case) if you set the EP-133’s tempo to 399.
you can record fader movement in LIve mode as well if you want. so you can hit record and ride the fader and jam out and it will capture all that fader movement as you “play” it in.
