Thanks yet again for your ongoing support on this project. Truly awesome
Hopefully you can get your hands on a DT2 and find time to create an elk herd for it.
It’s always a good time to remember to donate a few quids to @mzero, if only for this work, but also to finance a Digitakt II, which is a fabulous instrument and also may give a chance for them to dive into an Elk-herd version that would support it, some day
I got my DT last summer, hence started my journey with v1.5 and thus w/o Elk-Herd. I’ve been playing around with it all day and I truly love it! All I can say so far: @mzero, thank you! Elektronauts, get this lad a beer!
Even though I don’t have DT1 anymore (sold it and got a DT2) I’m still thankful for your hardwork. I donated to your Paypal to hopefully help towards a DT2 and I suggest everyone to do the same! Keep up the good work!
I can’t send an edited project back (1.50) to DT on chrome (126.0.6478.61) on linux (Ubuntu 20.04, kernel 5.11). I have fiddled with Midi Config/…/Input From, changing it to USB or Midi+USB, same result, I have also tried switching between USB Midi/Audio and USB Midi only mode in System/USB Config, elk-herd doesn’t recognize digitakt at all in the latter case.
Fetching projects works fine.
Elk-herd works fine with the same Digitakt on Chrome on windows.
I am going to try if firefox has the same problem.
I also have the same problem with chromium and firefox in linux mint (21.3 cinnamon kernel 5.15.0-121-lowlatency). sometimes it has problems and stops at “reprobing”. sometimes i manage to fetch a project but after editing it and saving it, i can’t seem to be able to send it back to the DT. Laptop says it is being sent, DT says nothing and nothing changes.
for me is also working good in windows :-/
