Elk-Herd 3.2 beta for Digitakt OS 1.51A and earlier Elektron Gear

Update: Release is out, see: ➩ There is now a beta version of elk-herd that supports Digitakt OS 1.51A and earlier! What? 1.51A? Yep!!! (also all the 1.5x releases and 1.4x releases, too!) Supported Patterns, Sample Pool, and Sound Pool will now transfer and can be managed as they have in elk-herd before.
