Yeah, that’s a good point. Looking into it more, Bonnier Capital’s track record looks more like growth investing and strategic exits than anything like asset stripping. The bigger risk with Elektron is probably that pressure to scale up and eventually sell on at a higher value (to Behringer)

Well whatever happens I still have their most innovative boxes to enjoy: MD / MM and OT which oddly enough is from the old days.

That kind of complainer is little more than a chimney of hot air evaporating into the wind relative to the lines and lines of new customers who would snap up a reissue without a moment’s hesitation

I think it would have been nice to check
- what other businesses they bought and sold
- what was the bought company health, how it went for them
- how long they have been kept
- if they are some employees feedback about these
This could have given you some sourced facts to establish more informed suppositions.
Also, I believe it’s spelled “acquired”.
The subsequent interview hasn’t revealed much, so it doesn’t invalidate nor confirm what you say in the video. But you should have taken the time to read it before posting your vid, definitely.

Ok Guys, you are right. I should have read that Interview in the first place! Im sorry 
But … just to make this clear (because i think it came off the wrong way): I havent intentionally missed that Interview in the first place - i literally just took notice of it today I read the News about this acquisition (thx for the Headsup in Spelling @LyingDalai . Video Title is fixed now.) - yeah, i read those News on Wednesday and started working on the Video the day after. It took all of my spare time this time, because since Thursday and all the way through to Sunday - as i completed the Video deep in the night - i had my 4 years old Daughter with me and she takes all of my attention at day - i literally had no time at all to check whether where was already something new being posted or not. Doing the research for the rest of the Stuff in that Video was also time consuming and so i simply missed that Interview here. Sorry for that - it definitely wasnt my intention.
Since today, my daughter is with her mother again. And so i read the Interview now. In fact - its very vague and in many ways sounds like copy and paste of the Press Release. But the Info about Elektrons financial fundament - and the fact that they already have new machines in the making - is a very important note. Great to hear, that it at least seems to go into the Direction i talk about in the Second Part of my Video.
Again - sorry Guys, that i missed on this. Will try to focus more next time there’s something to do a umoTalk about. Have a great Evening o/

and also maybe read the room before presenting it this way, it caused so much consternation and flags … without looking at it myself it’s easy to see how it could be perceived as clickbait
this topic was ruined because people were far keener to be seen/heard than to wait and understand the bigger picture
