Hello for the second time now I wrote a mail to elektron and after a bunch of automatic response I don’t have any news or help for my issues, even after messages like "hello I mailed your services weeks ago, do you receive my request ? ".
I know they have a great customer service reputation, does somebody have this kind of difficulties ? Thank you
