I believe this has always been true of digitakt, that it filters out PB, MW and aftertouch.
If you are specific about which CC you’re trying to send through and how you have it configured it will probably be easier for someone to help you figure out what’s going on.
If it’s any of the above then it’s not a bug, it’s a feature.
