Out of the 10 modules for the Behringer 2500, what sort of setup would give me a solid, playable instrument?
I am looking to get a good ‘flavour’ of the synth, rather than what I did with my extensive builds for the SYSTEM 100 and (soon to be finished) SYSTEM 55.
What I mean is that I’d normally go for four+ of each of VCOs, VCFs and VCAs in a modular system, but might go with 3 x VCO (one for LFO duty), 2 x filtamp, 1 each of the different EGs, and 1 each of everything else.
Is that likely to give me enough of a taste of this series, noting that I have other great systems and plenty of other solid modules? (essentially, this will not be a ‘primary’ synth for me)
For the purpose of my questions, I have no shortage of space/resources/etc, so those do not need to be a consideration.
