Arpeggiator not working on A4 CV

I’m using the CV track to send MIDI to an external synth, but for some reason activating the arpeggiator does nothing at all. What could be causing this?

There is no midi out from the arpeggiator. It can send control voltages through the CV outs if your other synths/interfaces have CV ins.
