This smells like the mod audio story. Even though they had some great ideas, the execution was poor and they had to be saved several times before ending up with a very focused product.
The least Aodyo could do is to offer some transparency about their finances. Needing 50k€ to finish the project is not the same as 500k€ if they took out loans, etc.
Anyone having luck using Anyma V as FX? I see the GUI reacting to the audio on the track, but only the dry signal is heard.
Have you tried triggering the vca with a midi note? (I recall having the same problem when using it on a send)
Hi, thank you, that worked! Did you get it to do a fully wet signal? It seems to just pass the original audio through no matter what, even when V is set to Monitor FX. I’m going to write to Aodyo.
Yes I hear only the wet signal.
I just tried a new empty patch.
Turned osc1,2,3 down in main and aux bus.
Set main bus audio in to L+R,
added a comb filter and turned up feedback.
Thanks a lot! The track audio never stops being audible. I wrote to Aodyo.
Just realised again that this thing was all things I missed in just one synth. This year I kept looking for something like a Complex Oscillator Desktop synth with Total Recall. The closest I have is Argon8M, and I can do things “in the ballpark” with the Hydra. But …
A bit wavetable with through zero fm and a bit later waverfolder on top. Anyma V.
That is the same ( as designed ) for the physical hardware as well.
I was preparing to list out all the features in that one synth, but we all know what they are.
Hence my search for real alternatives and the thread for that.
Thank you for the clear reminder of the do it all Anyma software.

Can multiple instances of Anyma V be run for multitimbrality ?
For those having the same problem in Reaper, and until there’ll be a separate FX VST compile from Aodyo, this workaround works:
Found some legal filings from Aodyo. Unless I’m misunderstanding standing it looks like they began the liquidation process in June. European e-Justice Portal - Bankruptcy & insolvency registers - search for insolvent debtors in the EU . Here’s some other information, not sure if there’s anything interesting in here, Aodyo (59650) : siret, siren, TVA, adresse... .
According to my understanding of the French “tribunal de commerce” notice, Ayodo demanded earlier this year to move to what is called a “safeguarding procedure” (procédure de sauvegarde) during which the firm continues to operate. This is the initial stage a firm can move to if it faces financial constraints that it cannot meet. This stage can last up to 12 months during which all the firm’s assets and liabilities are audited, and there is an external administrator named. At the end of this period, either the bankruptcy court approves a “safeguarding plan” or the firm moves into liquidation.

Edit: Here is the notice regarding the French court decicion, issued on 24 June:
So it looks like they are being safeguarded?
It looks very similar to filling for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the US.
Basically means they won’t let their creditors take everything from them…yet
A possible issue is that you only have a limited time (normally 2 months, and I think 4 months for creditors outside France) after the official publication of the procedure to file a claim against the firm with the court-appointed administrator. In the case of Aodyo, the notice was published on 3 July (see link below).
(I am not sure whether this makes any difference, but I would have preferred that they tell their backers right away…)

So is that? :
Antoine BARTI-MAGRIA
Aren’t all backers already, of record ?
Why off-record? You mean they would not be entitled? I think they are as fully entitled to send their claim as anyone else.
Yes to your first question btw. It’s the name of a legal counsel or a lawyer:
Maître Antoine BARTI
445 boulevard Gambetta Tour Mercure, 6ème étage
F-59200 TOURCOING
France
Look closer. I wrote of record !
meaning?
Like “claimant of record”.
