Smells like sonicware

It’s one of those sudoku games from like 2005, the big one. I have one of those around here somewhere too. I dunno about top secret though.

This is unfounded speculation but I’m guessing Polyend. The case and port layout/cutouts look similar to their other stuff, and Benn seems to have a strong relationship with them.

Also this, from the Superbooth 23 exhibitor page:

Looking forward to another mono sampler.

If they saved us from stereo squeaky straw sounds, I’d say they did us a favor.

(actually I really dig that pad sound lol)

Just remember we aren’t supposed to buy it, none of these synfluencers want us to buy any more gear, they all made videos about it a while back - hang on a minute, how come they are using more new gear? I thought consumerism was bad, or was that vinyl records, or gear manufacturers? I can’t keep up

 Don’t buy any more gear…until we run out of money and need another video sponsor

Aren’t Akai rumoured to be working on an MPC Live mini…?

Mono samples, monophonic sample playback, limited everything. Sign me up because I hate myself.

Seems unlikely they’d send it to Benn after his MPC Key video.

I think that one will be more like the MPC 500 with 12 pads.
