Not as many times as on the Tonverk thread, though
I’m hoping this will work nicely with a launchpad over USB.
Guess the on-board speaker didn’t make the cut.
Maybe it’s on the bottom. Or sides.
Hmm…maybe.
All the people trying to save their asses are now calling it pretty after betting their mom that the leak is fake and ugly.
They had a speaker icon in the video
A bit like when you are at the burger place and the burgers look amazing on the pictures, then reality hits when your actual burger sits on your plate
It is the controller my friend
Döner-türkçe, means to turn.
Donner-german, means Thunder.
The bouncebackability of the bun always disappoints.
This kind of hard-hitting content is exactly why I pay for the elektronauts premium membership.

Here’s hoping that the USB A midi port will deliver enough juice to power the Torso T-1 …
Winter is coming, Ableton and Elektron know that we have to lock ourselves up at home in a warm room and avoid the cold, perfect time for new products.
If this is real—and I believe it is—and by any chance someone from Ableton is reading this, I’m sending warm thoughts your way. I know from firsthand experience how terrible it feels to have something you worked so hard on leaked, misrepresented, and beyond your control. Hang in there; I’m sure this will turn out to be a great piece of gear.
I’ve been so wrong on everything related with this…
I feel like the Tim Poole of the thread
let’s put this thread on track again. A Kalimba is a (perfect) groovebox:
- melody sounds
- mono and polyphonic
- percussion sounds (hitting the sides of it)
- as many tracks as fingers palying it
- as groovy as you can make it sound
- box shaped
- No batteries needed
- Fully recyclable and compostable
- No need for firmware updates
