I bought Touchosc today, had some sweat getting it to work properly and then tried the Knobbler stuff. Only got Knobbler to work over wifi (not usb like the normaal Touchosc config, but thats surely a user error on my part).
This is truly fabulous! The fact all the controls are named, colourcoded and saved with a live set. Wow!! This is as close as i’ve ever seen a perfect controller. Thanks very much!

if I have a drum loop & want to slice it n export the slices as individual samples any idea what’s the fastest way to do it?
I’ve sliced to new midi track, now I’m sorta stumped 
any ideas?
if it hasn’t changed from 11 then you’d want to convert the sliced sample to drum rack and then crop the samples by clicking the slots and right-clicking the sliced sample, after that you should have them in the project folder somewhere under samples / crop or something like that, there’s a quick way to reach the sample, after cropping just click on the “Show In Browser” and it should open the folder where it’s stored.

How do you guys authorize Live 12b on your computer?
I’ve been granted access to the download, but just can’t authorize it with my Live 11 account (that shows that I preordered Live 12).
you download the 12 beta from centrecode. it should authorise from there I think.
I downloaded it but can’t pass through the authorization process.
It links to my Ableton account and then say no valid licence has been found for Live 12b
oh weird. tbh I can’t remeber how I did it. I’m sure someone with a better memory will chime in
Oh, I’m still on the waiting list, so maybe that’s why I can’t get this authorization.
I naively thought that now that I can download Live 12b I was somehow in the beta test program, but no.
Any hints when the final release might be? I was somehow hoping for this namm weekend.
