it could be the power supply…did you try test mode?..is it on a MKI or MKII?

@Bcharlie if you don’t quote or write @spacenoise’s name, there is very little chance to get an answer after 4 years…
The problem was fixed in the other thread, with a power supply change.
omg thank you community for posting this solution! I had swapped my OT and A4 power supplies by accident and was this close to believing my A4 was fried! All I had to do was swap the correct power supplies and back in business - factory reset panic erased all my saved settings but you know what? It feels great to start fresh
