I really doubt it’s even possible but it would be pretty amazing if the added some sort of quantized looper functionality to the sample pads, as to be able to use it for transtions in some way. Even as is, looks super promising.

I’m just a bit skeptic that they would add that kind of functionality, but I sure hope to be wrong!
Looks like it’s starting to appear on some online retailers.
Seeing as the SD recording is pre-fader 32 bit, I wonder if the audio interface functionality will also ignore level and track mute states. I hope so - I’d like to be able to run a synth or sampler into a stereo input pair, and run that signal through some iPad effects 100% wet without being forced to hear the dry signal too. i.e. allow direct monitoring to be optional when using it as an interface. Most cheap and small mixers don’t have this kind of flexibility - really hope this one does.

Woah I thought there’s no way this thing will be an audio interface at this price but it is! Was gassing hard on TX-6 and now I’m rethinking and will probably get this one instead. I wish it was out now though…
TX-6 has better design and effects but the Livetrak has jacks instead of 3.5mm so no need for new cables will be another huge win. The price and feature set on this are incredible!

unfortunately, no midi sync out and no clock/metronome option. Maybe this could be done in an update?
Okay, seems it’s more in the 340€ price range… That stings somewhat, when they sad “around 300” I hoped for 300 max, maybe slightly under.
300 was already pushing it far for me (not because it’s expensive, but because of my budget), so witz 340 I’ll wait for a deal

Yeah, I hope so. I don’t expect a steep discount, but if it moved to a 2 instead of a 3 that would make things easier.

At least with the l-8 the street price is 50€ under it’s proposed price
Comparing EUR with US prices you need to consider that in Europe VAT is included in the listed Price. In the US price not and will be added when you buy it.
But I guess it will go below the suggested MSPR from the manufacturer at the large retailers in Europe. Good luck.

I usually hear that.
Currently converted to USD it would be 375.
The highest vat seems to be 13.5 in Alabama.
For the price that would be 340$ at most.
That’s 35$ difference.
If you meant me… Germany/Austria is 19/20.
My point was that even if we add VAT to the us price the EU is more expensive after conversion.
