Just received them. I didn’t know how to insert them in my ears. On the first insert, the sound had too much High Frequencies and didn’t sound good. On the second attempt, everything was good. 
I can appreciate them now. Nice sound!
I didn’t do any comparison with the original cable. I plugged them right away with the 16 core cable.

Edit : with my super vision, I just noticed the L and R letters on them.
