Your Setups (Part 1)

Thanks - I love the Venice and it’s essential for my approach in the studio. It’s clear, great headroom and very good eq & preamps.

Hi where did you get that Darth Vader light at ?

Absolutely lovely space. Lots of killer gear but feels uncluttered and open.

I have one that I picked up at a little shop on Tatooine.

Wow, what a studio space - really inspirational. It looks like it should be on George Clark’s Amazing Spaces :grinning: (if you are not based in the UK you might not get that).

Btw can I please ask what are those blocks under the Genelecs? I’m after something similar for my monitors (I have some Genelec 8020s), but they may also help my 19 year old cat climb into the sofa, as she can’t jump up anymore :grinning:

Thanks! Those are just regular garden slabs - nothing else, but they work great in combination with the 8020 rubber feet

I know if tatooine was a real place synth YouTubers would make desert ambient videos there

Edit: Also thanks for the mini-Monologue! Fits in nicely

Oooooh.

Ah, I was hoping that was the case. It’s difficult to imagine two people more perfectly matched to a specific instrument.

Don’t know what you’re talking about.

It’s been so long that I would like to dare to cut my monologue like that.
Perhaps one of my heirs will dare. :musical_keyboard: :man_shrugging: :control_knobs:
