Hi folks,
After some time, I made a small reorganization with the addition of couple of toys:
-
Roadwork Double stand for Synths, a no brainer for the price, sturdy as hell (metal made), and enough space for 4 mid-sized desktop synths.
-
Orange terror stamp amp for my Telecaster (going throughTyphon for Fx)
-
Typhon, Cycles and POs connected to Bastl Dude (mixer).
-
Keystep controlling Cycles, and Cycles controlling Typhon.
-
Spectracomp pedal for bass compression for live gigs.
-
Wiretap pedal for recording/looping guitar/synths.
At some point I will add a proper Interface/mixer for multitrack recording and mixing (Tascam, Bluebox…).
Looking cool, seems nice for standing/dancing/jamming! What are you using the SpectraComp pedal for?
Actually I bought it for live gigs when I play bass straight through line, then I use it for compression. But I need to try it with synths as well…
After a few days in nomadic mode, reorganization, installation, cabling the desk in sit-stand mode.
For drawing/playing while sitting but making sound while standing.
Sounds good!
I see Batman has been at the cocaine again…
nice take on the obligatory synth succulent
That old Sony recorder still great unless you are holding it. Always struggle hearing my fingers touching thesurface. Need to have a tripod and remote control, but then the recordings are golden.
I briefly owned a Drumbrute and afterwards used one owned by an acquaintance…
in all honesty: unless you make indie music or you’re just looking for percussion sounds the Drumbrute is pretty bad…
I ended up with a Rytm and couldn’t be happier,
Yes, the plastic shell is like more like a Cajon, when monitoring at high gain/volume and you tap on the shell it’s scary!

Into acid by any chance?
You got me!
Razor sharp, that’s me.
Need more 303!
This is my kind of setup! Any recordings of this?
