Nice. Slick magnatiles too
Is it this one? 22 in. Pro Organizer, Black | RIDGID Tools
Yea that looks like the one
I have the taller one i use to store audio and midi cables, etc. they are great.
Patterning FTW?
always!
New configuration, to celebrate OS 1.30. Still too many damn cables.
(I didn’t need the MIDI Thru box. I was just being dense. But the Microfreak has a different MIDI standard and a different clock standard…)
Not included in this image, is the OP-Z and my Digitone.
Mononome Norns is getting quite a bit of usage with the the new Grid.
I am putting together a 62HP palette with Ansible, Plaits, Pamela’s New Workout, the usual suspects … I like small footprint gear.
Dood.
This has been my set up this weekend… with a bit of cassette action going on.
It’s been quite fun. I’ve just got Ableton Live 11 last week, so I rigged a bunch of gear up to go direct into my Digitakt, then that goes in and out of Ableton.
Roland JDXA.
Korg O1/W.
Digitone (controlled from the Korg).
Moog Sub 37 into a Boss GX700.
(That’s a WEM Dominator amp under the Moog… plan to use that with the Moog and for some live bass/baritone recordings.)
These are all going into the Fostex 10 channel mixer/cassette recorder in the rack, with the Big Sky on an aux send/rtn.
The Fostex goes into the Digitakt, and I’ve been recording all the parts live/audio into Live.
Tascam 4-track is out but not in use yet… the Fostex is doing what I need it to (recording parts and sampling into DT or Ableton).
The Sub37 into the GX700 has been really cool.
My current setup. I have to fucking move AGAIN.
Thank you Elektron for routing in audio on DT. I get to play with some of my shit until we leave. The other stuff had to be packed up.
However, I fear that in the new spot we may be taxed for space. And I might not be unboxing any of my other gear. Except for my MOTU
FML
I like it. That’s a minimal, get-shit-done setup!
It’s black. Send it back, or to me!
What’s your thoughts on the jdxa, I’ve been looking into maybe getting one but there’s not a lot of info about it on here, I think it sounds great and would use it for techno sound design and utilise the sequencer ?
It’s great. I think it’s an absolutely underrated sleeper synth that seems to have slipped under the radar…
I don’t think people appreciate what it is, but it’s:
- 4 analog 2 OSC mono synths or a 4-voice poly analog synth
- 4 separate 2 OSC VA poly synths with a shed load of poly voices
It can be stacked in any combo you want, or ran as 8 individual parts.
There’s a bit of menu diving, and the aesthetics (red on black) don’t compliment it’s sounds, but get beyond that and it’s incredible.
what box is that?
love it!!!
0mega cracked the code,
Only 1 suggestion…you should join the club…
