Funny story, but I have to concede that cables in front of knobs is indeed the most annoying thing about Eurorack
Funny @AdamJay as I was taking that photo I had that new DJ Stingray mix CD on in the background and Silent Servant had just turned into you.
I guess that´s where the 5U comes in. But I still like the Eurorack format, it´s fantastic how much functionality you have within a small setup. I´d need a lot more gear to achieve the same result without the modular setup here.
if you patch enough modulators into enough vcas then you don’t need to touch the knobs
Damn homey… Been a minute
All that gear, and then Yamaha HS 80 ?
What’s wrong with the HS80?
Nothing really wrong with those HS80. I just thought that this Studio would justify better speakers.
Like ATC maybe?
Richard Devine got these recently: http://atcloudspeakers.co.uk/professional/loudspeakers/scm45a-pro/
Yeah, Ive always liked the super flatness and double the price doesnt always mean twice as good.
There is no way i could justify $15k for monitors like Mr Devine.
Like i said, its just for fun for me. Not a business.
your work space is clean AF! love it!
rejigged again after ikea hacking a desk stand
