Would the A4mkII send out NRPN messages when p-locking the CV track parameters?

I’m seriously considering an A4mkII for my studio after seeing this video about setting up Sequencer MIDI Out and I’m curious if this would work:

If you set “PARAM OUTPUT” to NRPN and “ENCODER/MUTE DEST” to EXT, would changes to the parameters on that particular CV track be sent out as NRPNs even if they are p-locked?

What I’d then do is use Bome’s MIDI Translator Pro to translate the NRPNs into CCs for the external equipment. (Would the NRPNs be 7 or 14 bit?)

CC or NRPN are not sent if plocked. Sent only if you turn the knobs, not with the sequencer.

Why setting to NRPN if you want to convert to CCs?

Because the CV tracks don’t send out CC data.

Nor NRPN unfortunately (with knobs only, not with the sequencer).
