Would I be able to get the Van Halen “1984” sample-and-hold sound (as shown here) on the A4mk2?
When I look at p. 86 of the manual, it only has S&H for the noise section of each oscillator.
Use an LFO set to HLD with pitch as the destination.
Which LFO waveform should I use? Would a sine wave suffice?
In the clip it sounds a bit…random.
How about RND?
