Why support Elektron not answer so long time?

i wait answer from Elektron support more than 5 days ))) i send 3 questions on his site
but after on my email coming info about i need add registration data on my acc
when i try add - i not see Ukraine in the country list and cannot do this. i answer again and again but nothing happen

any one can help me how i can talk with support and not loose allot of time on this ? ))) thanks
