yes, thanks for the feedback
actually, i have since changed the jacks to higher quality (read more expensive) and the length to 1.5m & free shipping, so thats why the price is adjusted.
glad you like. take care[/quote]
could we have a link to any of the two (ebay or own website) where there are some pictures of these cables?

Nice one
What do you guys think I should get next?
I think I need more modulation. I was thinking Maths, but itās $$$. What about MIās Peaks?
Maybe another osc? Right now Iāve got my Dixie doing more LFO work rather than being a proper OSC⦠hmm⦠need more modular!
Maths would be good. Iād probably go for Wogglebug & or Phonogene tho
how cool is the shapeshifter :]

updated with images cheers
Well⦠I resisted for a long time butā¦bit the bullet today and ordered my first module.
Iām starting with just one (tiny)ā¦metropolis in a HEK (I have plenty of analog gear to CV sequence). I almost added the DPO but budget is goneā¦too many good things released recentlyā¦RYTM, SUB37, etc etcā¦
Oh, lord, brace yourself. I just got the Metropolis earlier today, and itās tons of fun! Most hands-on sequencer Iāve ever tried. Couple of short tracks/jams Iāve done with it today;

I started this just a few months ago. Soon on the third 9U case, Iāve sold pretty much everything else of studio equipment (except for the Monomachine) to finance this thing. Worth every penny so far, but be warned, itās addictive. ![]()
Youāre going to want a Maths sooner or later anyway. Fantastic module. Envelopes, LFOās, bi-polar attenuation, logic stuff, envelope followers, signal processors, end of cycle output, envelope rise/fall modulation input. Itās just crazy. Easily involved in pretty much every patch I make. ![]()
A4 is only used for effects and clock, but still qualifies I guess
good stuff!
reason I am starting with the metropolis is because it can immediately integrate sequencing some stuff with CV
DPO is probably next and then the standard stuff most people end up with like maths and whatnot
Anyone have the link to the module someone made for CV outs from A4?
Iām having to use clock out from A4 into metropolis and Iām thinking that module may be nice as I want to use the CV track to go into Aux 1/2. I wasnāt prepared so right now Iām using a single TRS 1/4" out from A4 to TRS 1/8" into metro clock jack (in other words Iām losing one of my CV channels). I saw the post for the cables that split to two 1/8" TS but in the long run that module may be better, it seemed cool.
thx! have you used it? I thought I would grab a cheap cable to hold me over but I canāt even find 1/4" TRS to dual 1/8" TS
They have a special name which I canāt recall. Send and return cable? Something like that. I havenāt used the module. As awesome as it is I just donāt have the HP for it. If I ever get a bigger case/system I will invest though.
Youāll have to use a stereo male 1/4 to dual mono female 1/4, and then hook up two 1/4 to 1/8 jacks to that one.
Just buy a 1/4 trs channel insert cable, knock the ends off, solder in 1/8 ts x 2. Works a treat.

Insert cable. Thats the word I was looking for!
I was just trying to do a quick fixā¦I will live with the 1/4" trs to 1/8" trs and only having 2 CV out until the Grayscale Synapse arrives, he said itās already shipping today.
