What's that effect? Shakleton Villalobos Remix

I was listening to this track Shackleton - Blood On My Hands (Ricardo Villalobos Apocalypso Now Mix) and I was wondering how to recreate the rumbling sextuplets bass.

Could it be like a comb filter? Rake filter? I tried briefly on the OT but I think I have to try on Ableton to get a closer result than the one on the video, especially towards the end.

I’m guessing it’s a tone ( with fast lfo on volume to make it wobble ) and a delay with fast repeat value and low feedback to extend the sound
And a slow lfo on pitch up/down

Possibly the tone it triggered once every 4 steps , much of the space is filled with the delay ?
