What is the correct way to sync clock to mpc and send to heat from digitone?

I have an mpc one, digitone and analog heat mk2 all connected to a tascam model 12. What is the proper way wo have everything based off the mac’s clock? It seemed to have been working and all of a sudden, it’s not. Anyone?

I have midi out going into digitone from analog heat. The audio from both is connected to model 12 but both are connected to mpc via usb.

Looks like it just needed a little bit of time to reset itself. I think I adjusted the sync settings and it needed to somehow activate that change. I notice sometimes the heat is a little slow to respond to change and sometimes you just need to let it work itself out. Hope this helps somone
