I saw Dam-Funk play on a river boat cruise of the Hudson River in NYC once. It was a pretty special time. My sister and bro-in-law (who I was visiting) had plans so I checked out what was going on and barely made it over to the harbor in time. Great shit 
Still can’t stop listening to this album. Kraut/Kosmiche spacey electronics which manages to have a sound of its own.
