VST to create sequences with Elektron style conditional trigs

Sad days as I had to sell my last pieces of Elektron gear for bills. But I have spent many years being accustomed to the Elektron sequencer and I’m wondering if someone can point me to a VST that lets me actively send out real time note data and midi triggers with conditional notes… like %CHANCE, or PRE

I’m particular interested in doing this for sending out MIDI CC triggers and not just notes.

Have a look at Opal by Fors. To be honest, all the Fors stuff is insanely good and the the founder Ess had a big hand in creating the digitone from what I hear so expect some Elektron-like functionality, especially in Opal https://fors.fm/opal
