I’m trying to setup a sidechaining effect on a long sample with a 4 to the floor kick pattern without much look. I’m trying to use LFO mapped to sample level but I’m failing miserably. Could someone help an idiot out?
P lock the volume of specific trigs to be lower. Seeing as sidechains usually have a sort of release (meaning the volume swells back up) you’ll have to adjust the next trigs accordingly
Alternatively, a sawtooth up LFO set to the volume would work… If there’s a way to just make it trig on steps 1 5 9 and 13 that’d be good
