Are there any videos for Octa for achieving these effects? Am guessing its all about the LFO designer for the gated side chain technique in Octatrack? Anyone tried the reverse reverb thing? My problem is whenever i try emulating these things specifically in Octatrack it side tracks into something completely different (sometimes a good thing) but never what i set out to achieve.
After sidetracking a couple more times, you’ll notice a trend in what comes out of the Octatrack. That trend is your own sound, find it, chase the dragon, puff it!
