Video making

Hello,
I’m looking for a software (Win10) to make video onto my music.
Basically I want to loop small video clip synced to the BPM of my track.

Anyone know a tool to do that ?

Touchdesigner looks very very powerfull, but it’s also very complexe. I watched the basic tutorial and do not understant very well how to make the ultra basic thing I want.
Finally, I downloaded HitFilm Express and it’s more intuitive to me. But thanks for the advice, now I know touchdesigner exists and it’s look awsome if you have time to dig it.
