Hold the tap tempo button down to add slew between steps in the LFO designer.

You can reduce the amplitude of the curve to get a much smaller wave. And likewise increase the frequency.
LFO designer is one of the best things about the OT. Massively underrated, overlooked. And does not exist on elektrons later machines.
