Venn Diagram - Caduceus

Gobb loads of Octatrack, Machinedrum with a hint of Monomachine and A4 for Audio Processing. Super proud of this composition

The final conclusion to my last series of work in progress uploads.
This is the complete, mastered composition titled ‘Caduceus’.
I took a few risks with this mix and tried out some production techniques I haven’t attempted before.
Many thanks to one and all for the feedback and comments on the work in progress. I used a large portion my studio arsenal for this track and am rather pleased with the end results.
Special thanks to Joseph for the mastering (a second set of ears I can always rely on)and Rob for the critical arrangement feedback when i hit a brick wall. It resulted in me scrapping the original intro, rewriting it and adding the granular orchestral score.
It’s hard to imagine that a small collection of 5-6 samples morphed (sliced, diced, processed and effected) could turn into a piece that ended up being some 42 audio tracks and 7 AU instruments in size.
Had a blast doing loads of glitch programming and sample sequencing with the OT on this one.
I think I used everything in my studio bar the Moog on this one (in some way shape or form).
Written, arranged, composed and produced, programmed and edited by Venn Diagram with additional sound design / samples by Uwe Zahn.

Ooh what a nice track! I really like it. Thanks for sharing it.

Ah, beautiful track! I loooove one of those synth sounds in there, one which you have some very nice sounding delays on. Great, great composition. Your sound reminds me a bit of earlier Lusine stuff, although this is far more “spacious” and a lot more interesting to listen to, in my opinion. Great work, man, thumbs up!

nice work!

Very very good!!

Wow - thanks guys
Glad everyone enjoys it so much - I put a lot of work into this (glad it shows)
Humbled by the response,

Now with video
