I’ve really been enjoying using my OT to control eurorack modules using Hexinverters Mutant Brain MIDI to CV module. I typically rely on the OT for all the FX I could ever want for a couple voices. One of my favorite modular voices is the SY0.5 from Michigan Synthworks. The SY0.5 has a really great feature which allows for velocity-sensitive trigger CV. I can’t seem to get my signal from the OT to the SY0.5 to take advantage of this feature. Probably has something to do with me not fully understanding all of the MIDI options that are available within the Mutant Brain Surgery http UI for editing it’s config. Just curious if anyone knows of a limitation in the setup I’m trying that wouldn’t allow velocity-sensitive CV output or if any of the settings in the link bellow suggest a direction for what I’m trying to achieve?
Do you modulate OT midi tracks velocity?
I adjust it on the Note page by hand and with trig-locks. The only setting with any affect is when it’s set to off.
