Asking this here as I’m sure there are a few 'Nauts with VCV Rack experience. I am looking to interface VCV with my external rack. I have a MOTU Ultralite mk5 that has DC coupled outputs. I’ve also just received my floating ring cables.
What I am hoping to do is send CV from VCV out to my rack. What I can’t seem to find is proper information on (or I’m not just not sure how to phrase my queries in Google) is what module/s I need in VCV rack to allow me to configure which interface output to send signals to. I am aware of Expert Sleepers’ ‘Silent Way’ and picked up the pack for dirt cheap. There does not seem to be any way for me to tell any of the modules which interface I’m using or which output to send to.
Does the ‘Silent Way’ software only works with the ES series interfaces? Are there other modules that perform this task (sending VCV rack signals to DC couple interfaces)?
I’m not looking for CV-to-MIDI either. I’m specifically looking for a way to send VCV signals out DC coupled outputs.
