For the Powerhub The Werewolf VFLEX USB-C Power Supply Adapters might be handy as they let you program them to supply *3.3V to 48V via your phone which might be usefull for devices under 12v. They have a kit to with various barrel jacks.

It can definitely power the Tonverk and they demonstrated the Powerhub powering multiple Elektron boxes at the same time, including the Tonverk. What I was told at Superbooth is it’s 140W max, with a max of 30W on individual ports and I was told that the Tonverk draws 15W.
At Superbooth I was told that each port is isolated, but the subsequent announcement omitted this information and the difference in price between the Powethub and the MyVolts offering leads me to believe I was probably misinformed at Superbooth. We shall see, soon enough.
I’m not averse to buying one, but can anyone explain why I should use an Overhub rather than a standard USB-C hub? The price difference is stark, if they both support 10gbps what is the advantage of the Overhub?
You can buy any decently performing MTT hub (=Multiple Transaction Translator, means it has dedicated processing chip for each downstream port and not sharing all the ports making it a bottleneck).
Overhub performs pretty well, but it’s not a must.
Also depends on what you are using it for of course. If you have multiple Overbridge Elektrons + other USB midi stuff, a good MTT hub is needed.

Forgot to add, with STT hubs, the usb speed falls to the slowest connected usb device, so if you connect a usb 1.1 mouse or smt like this, all the ports will fall back to usb 1.1 speed. Which is of course a crazy bottleneck for making music.
Unfortunately sale listings don’t always mention MTT, so you either have to google the chip and check the datasheet or look for websites that test usb hubs.
I just googled for MTT USB-C hubs, but seems like there aren’t that many. Maybe just have to dig more…
I guess most USB 3 hubs will be MTT, but better check before buying. Also real world performance can vary for multiple reasons.

MTT technology was important when 1.1 and 2.0 devices were connected to the same hub. Nowadays, it’s rare to find USB 1 devices, and USB 3.0 and later offers a lot of bandwidth on each port. This is why it’s not easy to find 3.0 hubs with MTT; it’s no longer necessary. In this sense, the new Elektron hub actually seems a bit too expensive. I recently bought one on Amazon for €50 with 10 ports, both A and C, from 3.0 to 3.2, and it even included a 60W power supply and separate switches on each port… is that enough? 
I might get a cheap one and see how I get on. It’s not the end of the world if it doesn’t perform. I plan to record separate tracks from the A4 and AR via Overbridge into Logic and at the same time have four inputs from a Tascam Model 12.
That’s 20 track recording I guess. Not too much to ask?!?!?
Because of how USB 1/2 is managed on a USB 3.x hub, it can still be relevant with for USB 1/2 Low- or Full-speed devices in certain situations, but not for USB 3 speed devices, I think (?)
USB 2 is still pretty common on usb midi devices and the Mk1 Rytm and A4 are USB 1 (fullspeed usb).
But please correct me if I’m wrong.

That’s not exactly right: STT USB 1 devices on an STT hub have to share one single USB 1 channel, so if one device uses the full 10Mbit/sec there is not enough bandwidth to support another USB 1 device plugged in the same hub. MTT devices translate USB 1 to 2 packets so they will be sent over the 480Mbit/sec connection.
Now, there’s no documentation on Overhub 2 available yet and Elektron seems oddly quiet about STT vs MTT capabilities considering they made this the major selling point for the first Overhub. I’m wondering if this thing is also designed for usage with the USB 1 Overbridge devices (afaik only the Rytm and Analog 4 mk 1 units) or only for the newer units that do native USB 2 or higher.

If I recall correctly, outbox 8 was estimated to be available sometime in June, right?

Not sure if someone else has mentioned it here, but I’ve been sending overbridge into logic and back out again to smoosh different buses with the Torso S4. If this could be achieved without the computer, brilliant!
The S4 is 10in/10out but I’d only need a couple. It sounds like this may be possible. Everything crossed, can’t wait for release. Regardless if cross-connectivity is a thing out the gate, or ever, the capabilities are superb. Just what the doc ordered.

Has it been mentioned if the Outbox can be plugged into the Overhub II? I like the idea of using an Overhub II, Outbox, and (potentially) Inbox on my Tonverk’s single USB-C slot.
So, if I have the Digiboxes plus Syntakt I’ll need three of these units to go into my mixer, am I correct? If I want the individual breakouts I mean.

I can see use for myself getting the Overhub II to Overbridge my Elektrons simultaneously to my Ableton laptop. My Minifuse 2 is a bit too limited for that.
