I’ve been using the mpc one with the tascam model 12 via usb with no issues. I assumed I might be able to do the same with the elektron analog heat. Is this something that’s just not possible? My apologies if I’m asking in the wrong place, if this is just a stupid assumption or this question has already been answered somewhere. Would be more than grateful for any help.

Have you enabled USB audio in the system settings on the Heat?
Can you see the Analog Heat as an audio interface with a computer? That might rule out whether it’s a missing setting on the Heat or the MPC.

Yea I have done both but I guess it’s ruled* out because mpc one uses 44k sample rate and the heat uses 48 I think and it says it can’t use it because of that.
I’m using 48k on my MPC Live?
Not natively.
This is (unfortunately) correct. Only 44.1khz interfaces are supported with the MPC. Elektrons, including the AH are 48khz.

anyone know if theres a way to apply the heats affects via the mpc instead of thru a mixer?
